Un Día Con Mamá | A Special Day With Mamá
Artesanas Mexicanas, an award-winning and 2017 Best of Baltimore folkloric group of talented women, present A Special Day with Mamá! The family day begins with the indigenous tradition of flower-making using dried and dyed corn husks. Children and youth of Juventud Latina and Jóvenes en Acción pay tribute to their moms performing special dances and poetry. This event is sponsored by NEA Artworks grant.
